For our last and final trip with Marius (☹) while he is living with us, we are taking him to two of our favorite spots in Maine. After all, why leave Maine when everything is a disappointment in comparison.
University of Maine, Orono
Our first stop will be the University of Maine for an official campus tour. Marius is flirting with the idea of returning to the United States for University, but regardless as he completes 10th grade here, we figured it would be a cool experience to visit a US campus and start asking questions. The University of Maine is beautiful and I am excited to return to my old campus for the first time in 13 years.
Bar Harbor
Bar Harbor is where Matt and I truly fell in love with Maine when he came to visit me for the first time while I was living in Orono. We cannot wait to show Marius this special place.
Reviews/Trip Report
We will be staying at the Harborside Hotel in Bar Harbor. It is lovely right on the water. I will likely combine the review with my trip report.
